§ 161.017 VICINITY SKETCH.
   A vicinity sketch or key map at a scale of not more than 400 feet to the inch shall be shown on or accompany the preliminary plat. This map shall show all existing subdivisions, streets and tract lines of acreage parcels together with the names of the record owners of parcels of land immediately adjoining the proposed subdivisions and between it and the nearest existing thoroughfares. It shall also show how streets and alleys in the proposed subdivision may connect with existing and proposed streets and alleys in neighboring subdivisions or undeveloped property to produce the most advantageous development of the entire neighboring area. The area to be subdivided shall be outlined in red.
