§ 161.001 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
   Before any land is subdivided in the city and before a subdivision plat is approved by the City Council the person seeking to subdivide or seeking to obtain the approval of a subdivision plat shall comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter.
