§ 32.068 ACCOUNTABILITY.
   The Commission shall report its recommendations and activities to the Mayor and/or the City Council upon the request of the Mayor. The Commission, not receiving such a request, shall report its recommendations at least annually. The Commission, and any subcommittees it may appoint, shall keep minutes and information concerning the activities of the Commission and shall be available to the City Council and the public through the Mayor or the Chair of the Commission upon request.
