§ 158.144 APPEALS PROCEDURE.
   An Alderman may appeal a decision regarding spacing or areas of special concerning by submitting the appeal request in writing to the Utilities Committee. The Utilities Committee shall consider the request and make a recommendation to the City Council for its affirmation or denial.
