§ 158.143 REQUEST PROCEDURE.
   Requests for street lights are to be made to the City Clerk by an Alderman in the ward in which the light is located. The request shall be on a form prescribed by the City Clerk and the City Engineer. After the request is made on the form prescribed by the City Clerk and City Engineer, the matter shall come before the City Council and any addition of a street light pursuant to this subchapter shall be with the approval of the City Council.
