§ 158.140 STREET LIGHTS; LOCATION, SPACING AND LUMENS.
   (A)   Street lights are to be located at the front of the property only. After the date of the adoption of this policy by the City Council, spacing between the street lights shall be no less than 200 feet. Standards and procedures for spacing and measurement shall be adopted and performed under the direction of the city’s Engineering Department. The standard street light shall be 7,200 lumen mercury vapor lamp (175 watt).
   (B)   This standard may be modified by recommendation of the City Engineer to the City Council.
