§ 32.065 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   All meetings shall be accessible to the public as required by law and will normally be held at City Hall. Optional venues can be considered, as long as sufficient public notification occurs and the venues are known and accessible to all. Special meetings may be called by the Chair of the Commission by giving notice of the time and place of such meeting to all Commissioners, to the news media as required by law, not fewer than ten days prior to such meetings. The Chair of the Commission shall call meetings of the Commission for purposes as determined by the Commission that could include the need to address organizational and procedural matters and/or to address complaints, and with notice published by the Chair as required by law.
