§ 32.060 APPOINTMENT AND TERMS.
   The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the consent of the City Council. The terms of the members shall be for two or three years; except that, appointments may be made for shorter terms to fill unexpired terms created by vacancies. The initial terms of the members of the Commission shall be drawn by lot for two- or three-year terms. Terms of service can be extended when recommended by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
