Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 and no more than $500. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the fines herein set forth, and to other remedies provided in this chapter, an action for injunction may be brought to restrain such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such mobile home park.
