Upon the effective date of this chapter, existing mobile home parks shall have five years to be in full compliance with the provisions and requirements as set forth in this chapter and other pertinent regulations. The required license shall expire after the fifth year for all mobile parks not found to be in compliance or where variances/waivers have not been approved by the corporate authority.
