§ 156.01 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   The intent and purpose of this chapter is to provide for regulations and requirements for the creation, development, licensing, operation and maintenance of mobile home parks within the corporate limits of the city in order to preserve, protect and promote the public health, safety and general welfare.
