The City Council shall act on every request for a street graphic variance at its next regularly scheduled meeting following submission of the Review Board’s advisory report. The Council may grant a street graphic variance by simple majority vote of all the members then holding office. In a separate statement, the Council shall state its findings of fact and indicate its reasons for granting or denying the requested variance.
