§ 155.091 BOARD MEETINGS.
   Meetings of the Graphics Review Board shall be held at the call of the Chairperson or any two members, or at such times as the Board may determine. Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum, and an affirmative vote of at least three members shall be necessary to authorize any action of the Board. All hearings and deliberations of the Board shall be open to the public.
