§ 155.090 CREATION OF GRAPHICS REVIEW BOARD.
   The Board of Zoning Appeals of the city shall serve as the Street Graphics Review Board which shall hear all appeals in matters arising under this chapter and shall perform such other duties as the City Council may prescribe.
