§ 155.070 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   (A)   Upon the filing of an application for a street graphic permit, the Building Commissioner shall examine the plans and specifications, the premises upon which it is proposed to erect the street graphic and other data.
   (B)   If it appears that the proposed graphic is in compliance with all applicable requirements of this chapter, he or she shall issue the permit; if not, he or she shall state in writing his or her reason(s) for denial within 14 days of the date of application.
   (C)   If the work authorized under the permit has not been completed within one year after the date of issuance, the permit shall become null and void.
