§ 32.039 OFFICERS, BY-LAWS.
   The Commission shall select one of its members to act as Chairperson and shall select such other officers as it deems necessary. The Commission is hereby authorized to adopt its own by-laws, including provisions relating to the frequency, place and conduct of its meetings.
