§ 32.035 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote the economic development and redevelopment of property within the area of the Central Business District of the city (refer to Map, Exhibit I, attached to the ordinance codified herein). The detailed power and duties of said Commission shall be set forth in this subchapter.
