The Code Official may revoke a permit in any case of false statement or misrepresentation of facts in the application on which a permit was based, or in the event a structure or part thereof is condemned pursuant to this Code. Additionally, the Code Official may revoke a permit if trash or sewer bills are unpaid for a 60-day period. Further, the Code Official may refuse to issue an occupancy permit pursuant to this subchapter if sewer or trash bills are unpaid at the time of application.
