§ 32.002 BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS.
   There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements of the city, which shall consist of the Mayor, who shall be president of the Board, the City Engineer and the Superintendent of Streets and Cemetery. The Board is charged with performing all duties relating to public improvements to be paid wholly or in part by special assessment or special taxation, as the laws of the state may prescribe. The City Clerk shall be the Clerk of the Board and keep a correct and full record of its proceedings.
