(A) Every plumbing contractor, employing plumber and self-employed journeyman plumber engaged in the business of plumbing in the city shall cause his or her name, residence and place of business to be registered with the Plumbing Inspector, along with the telephone number of said business.
(B) Each authorized representative must obtain written documentation of authorization to perform work under the plumber’s bond from said plumber and a copy of this agreement must be filed with the City Clerk prior to construction.
(C) Failure of the representative to obtain or file this agreement will prevent him or her from performing work within the city limits.
