§ 150.33 BUILDING PERMITS AND SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   (1)   No building permits shall be issued in a subdivision until the streets have been accepted by the city.
      (2)   However, a building permit may be issued for a display home in a subdivision before the streets are accepted if enough of the streets are installed to provide access to the display home being built to the Fire Department.
   (B)   (1)   No building permit shall be issued in a subdivision until the fire hydrants for the subdivision are operational to the satisfaction of the Fire Department.
      (2)   However, a building permit may be issued for a display home in a subdivision before all of the fire hydrants are operational if the Fire Department determines that there are enough fire hydrants operational to protect display home being built.
