(A) The provisions of the Firearm Concealed Carry Act, 430 ILCS 66/1 et seq., are adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.

(B) No person shall, within the city, fire or discharge any firearms or air guns without written permission from the Mayor first obtained, which permission shall prescribe the limits within which such firing may be done, and may be revoked at any time after it has been granted.
