The City Attorney shall make a report to the City Council on the first Monday of May, August, November and February in each year, and also at the close of his or her term in office, of all his or her acts and doings, including an abstract of his or her docket. He or she shall, at the same time, settle with the City Treasurer and pay over to him or her all moneys in his or her hands belonging to the city.
