§ 121.29 CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   Except as expressly authorized by the local Liquor Control Commissioner, it shall be unlawful for any person to consume or possess open liquor in any public place within the city within 200 feet of the nearest property line of a dramshop.
