It is unlawful to keep, place, maintain or operate any gambling device as defined in § 111.025 of this code of ordinances in and upon the premises used and occupied as a place where alcoholic liquor is sold or given away. The Liquor Commissioner may revoke the license of any person, firm or corporation licensed to sell alcoholic liquor in the city who permits a violation of this section to occur on the premise covered by such ordinance.
