§ 121.10 DRAMSHOP INSURANCE.
   Every applicant licensed to sell or deal in alcoholic liquor shall, before obtaining said license, furnish a certificate of dram shop insurance with coverage by a reliable insurance company providing coverage in the amount of $45,000 for injury to a person or property and coverage in the amount of $55,000 for loss of means and support or loss of society resulting from death or injury of any person. The certificate of insurance shall be in effect on April 30, and the licensee shall be responsible to provide the city a new certificate of insurance each time said insurance expires.
