§ 31.112 MUNICIPAL BONDS AND DEBT PAYMENTS; RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSURING TIMELY DISBURSEMENTS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the City Treasurer to pay all principal and interest payments for bond and other debt obligations of the city in a timely manner utilizing an automated payment scheduling system as well as assuring that all bond covenants are being met.
