§ 31.111 ADJUSTMENT OF ACCOUNTS.
   In the adjustment of accounts of the City Treasurer with the City Clerk, there shall be an appeal to the Finance Committee of the City Council, whose decision in all matters of controversy arising between these officials shall be final, unless the Council shall otherwise provide.
