§ 31.107 EX-OFFICIO COLLECTOR OF SPECIAL TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
   There is hereby created the Office of Collector of Special Taxes and Special Assessments. The City Treasurer shall be ex-officio Collector of Special Taxes and Special Assessments.
