§ 31.106 ANNUAL ACCOUNT.
   The City Treasurer shall annually prepare and file an account with the City Clerk an account of all moneys received and expenditures incurred during the preceding fiscal year in accordance with the requirements set forth in Illinois Municipal Code. The City Clerk’s office shall publish such account in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-65.
