§ 117.31 OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS.
   Only persons of good moral character shall be eligible for a license under this subchapter. Any licensee who fails to operate an orderly and reputable bed and breakfast establishment may be subject to suspension, revocation or non-renewal of his or her license under this subchapter.
