§ 117.25 BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE.
   Prior to the issuance of a license to operate a bed and breakfast establishment, the establishment’s buildings and facilities shall be inspected by the city’s Building Commissioner to determine that same are in general compliance with the city’s Building Code and ordinances.
