(A) (1) No person shall operate a tourist camp or hotel/motel in the city without a license.
(2) The annual license fee for a tourist camp is $500.
(3) The annual license fee for a motel is $50.

(B) An application for a tourist camp or motel license shall be filed with the City Council. The application shall be in writing and signed by the applicant and contain the name and address of the applicant, and the location and legal description of the tourist camp or motel.

(C) The license certificate issued under this subchapter shall be conspicuously posted in the office of or on the premises of the tourist camp or motel at all times.
