For budgetary purposes, all department heads shall turn over to the Mayor’s office on a bi-monthly basis all overtime and compensatory time for their department during the preceding two weeks. Both the name of the employee, the date and hours worked and the reason for the overtime must be on this report. This report is separate from the report that must be turned in to Human Resources.
