§ 114.23 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Every store or yard where junk is dealt in shall be subject to inspection by the Police and Fire Departments.
   (B)   Inspection shall be made at reasonable hours.
   (C)   The Chief of the Fire Department and the Health Officer shall make weekly inspections of the stores and yards where junk is dealt in.
