The person so licensed shall, at the time of the issuing of the license, file a bond in the penal sum of $500, conditioned that he or she will conduct the business subject to the rules and regulations of the Board of Health and the city’s code of ordinances, and indemnify the city against all loss, damage or expense it may suffer or be put to by reason of any violation of the city code or the rules and regulations of the Board of Health or otherwise.
