§ 31.038 CUSTODIAN OF CITY HALL.
   The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, shall appoint a custodian of the City Hall. The custodian shall be appointed in like manner and at such time as provided for the appointment of city officers and he or she shall be governed by the same rules and regulations prescribed for city officers.
