§ 113.061 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   The City Clerk is authorized to issue a permit required by this subchapter for a $5 fee to any resident person upon compliance by such person with the provisions of this code. Said permit shall list, the applicant by name and address and the City Clerk shall keep a record of all permits issued.
