§ 113.045 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTAINER or CONTAINERS. A secondhand articles drop-off container.
   SECONDHAND ARTICLES DROP-OFF CONTAINER. Any receptacle, box or holder used to collect secondhand articles.
