§ 112.19 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   The City Council shall consider in addition to the items provided in the application form:
   (A)   The experience and responsibility of the applicant to the city area;
   (B)   The effect the proposed service may have on the general welfare of the community;
   (C)   Whether applicant is in compliance with the standards for operating an ambulance service, including equipment standards as required by 77 I.A.C. 515.830; and
   (D)   Such other matters as may appear to the licensing authority to be genuine to the purpose of this subchapter.
