(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A person violating any provision of § 111.004 of this chapter is subject to prosecution and shall be fined not less than $250, nor more than $500, for each offense, and a separate and distinct offense shall be considered as having been committed for each and every day on which any person shall be found guilty of any such violation.

(C) The penalty for any violation of the provisions of §§ 111.040 through 111.055 of this chapter, excluding § 111.052 of this chapter, shall result in a fine of $500. The penalty for any subsequent violation of any provisions of §§ 111.040 through 111.055 of this chapter, excluding § 111.052 of this chapter, shall result in a fine of $1,000. Any person who knowingly fails to comply with a “cessation demand” under § 111.052 of this chapter issued by the Mayor or Chief of Police shall result in a fine of $1,000.

(D) (1) Injunction. In addition to any other relief provided herein, the City Attorney may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of §§ 111.070 through 111.079 of this chapter. The application for relief may include seeking a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction and permanent injunction.
