§ 111.051 INSPECTION ACCESSIBILITY.
   The Chief of Police, his or her designee, police officers and all other city officials shall have free access to the grounds and all booths, shows and concessions on such grounds at all times to ensure that the carnival, circus or rodeo is in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and all other applicable city ordinances.
