§ 111.048 INDEMNITY OF CITY.
   The owner, lessee, operator or manager of a carnival, circus or rodeo shall, in addition to the application provided under this subchapter, deliver to the city an agreement in writing holding the city harmless from all liability resulting from the operation of the carnival, circus or rodeo, and, further, shall agree to indemnify the city from all liability resulting from any injury to patrons, bystanders, passersby or any individual as a result of the operation or maintenance of the carnival, circus or rodeo.
