(A) The fee for such licenses shall be $50 per year for each amusement device installed, operated or maintained within the corporate city limits.
(B) All licenses hereunder are due on May 1 and must be obtained on or before June 30 of each year to avoid the penalty.
(C) Failure to timely obtain such a license shall result in the imposition of a $50 penalty for each amusement device that is not timely licensed. Such penalty shall be in addition to the prescribed license fee.
