(A) Business occupancy permits are subject to all ordinance and regulations which may be in force at the time of issuing the permit or which may be passed or made while the license is in force.
(B) If any occupant violates any of the provisions thereof, he or she shall be liable to be proceeded against for any penalty imposed and his or her permit shall be subject to revocation at the discretion of the Mayor, or of the court before which they are convicted of such violation.
