(A) If all the fees are paid and the city is satisfied that the premises and its occupancy are in compliance with all laws and ordinances applicable thereto, the Economic Development, Planning and Zoning Department shall issue the occupancy permit as soon as practicable.
(B) Any permit issued shall become invalid if the occupancy is not commenced within six months after issuance of the permit or if the occupancy is terminated.
