(A) Licenses are subject to all ordinances and regulations which may be in force at the time of issuing the license or which may be passed or made while the license is in force.
(B) If any licensee violates any of the provisions thereof, he or she shall be liable to be proceeded against for any penalty imposed and his or her license shall be subject to revocation in the discretion of the Mayor, or of the court or magistrate before whom he or she is convicted of such violation.
