§ 93.082 CONTROL OF GLARE; LUMINAIRE DESIGN FACTORS.
   (A)   Any luminaire with a lamp, lamps, all flood and spot luminaries shall be mounted at a height equal to or less than the value 3+ (D/3), where D is the distance in feet to the nearest property boundary. The maximum height of the luminaire may not exceed 25 feet.
   (B)   All exterior lights and illuminated signs shall be designed, located, installed and directed in such a manner as to prevent objectionable light at, and glare across, the property lines and disability glare at any location on or off the premises.
