§ 93.024 RANK GROWTH OF GRAIN.
   Any rank vegetable growth, including any growing grain, more than two feet in height shall similarly be cut by the owner of the real estate. If the owner fails to do so, the city may cut the growth and file lien therefor as provided in this subchapter.
