§ 91.52 ONE BODY PER GRAVE.
   (A)   There shall only be one body buried in any grave in Walnut Hill Cemetery unless the grave has been purchased for a double deep burial. No graves shall be sold for a double deep burial from the date of this section. If a grave deed authorized two bodies to be buried in the same grave, a burial vault must be used for the burial of the first body in the grave. The extra cost for safety for digging a double deep grave shall be paid by the lot owner or person making arrangements for the burial.
   (B)   This shall not apply to the burial of an urn of ashes in a grave site.
